When Loss Changes Everything
The year before, I lost my brother, Dr. Constantine “Dino” Kiritsis, to cancer.
He wasn’t just my brother, he was my partner, my mentor, and my best friend. For nearly 20 years, we had worked side by side, sometimes for companies, sometimes for ourselves, always united by a shared vision for education and professional growth in Greece.
When he passed, the silence that followed wasn’t just emotional, it was professional and spiritual too. The business world didn’t feel the same without him, and though I kept working, I knew something inside me had dimmed.
I wasn’t satisfied. I wasn’t fulfilled. I needed space to think, to reset, to rediscover who I was beyond the titles, roles, and routines.
So, I took the leap.
Starting Over in America
I used my U.S. nationality and moved to Connecticut, my birthplace, determined to rebuild. I took on work that challenged me, taught, coached, and surrounded myself with new experiences. And along the way, I met some incredible people, individuals who helped me regain my confidence and reminded me of my value.
Even more importantly, I was blessed with two groups of family who welcomed me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. They gave me comfort, support, and a home when I needed it most. That kindness reminded me that even in moments of loss, there’s always light, if you’re willing to look for it.
Those nine months were transformative. I found peace in the rhythm of daily life and clarity in solitude. I realized that sometimes, you have to step away from everything you know to truly see who you are.
When Life Brings You Full Circle
Just when I began thinking about what would come next, life surprised me.
An opportunity came from two people I had known decades earlier, colleagues from my radio days back in the mid-90s. After nearly thirty years, our paths crossed again in the most unexpected and meaningful way.
Through their generosity and belief in me, I was able to return home to Greece, at a time when it was emotionally and financially difficult to do so. Their kindness reminded me that life has a way of circling back, and that genuine relationships built on respect and passion never truly fade.
That moment reinforced something I’ve always believed: success isn’t only about talent or drive, it’s also about humanity, connection, and timing.
Finding Clarity, Purpose & a New Beginning
Coming back home wasn’t failure, it was rebirth.
The U.S. gave me a mirror to see myself again. It restored my confidence, reminded me of my values, and helped me realize that everything I had built over the years, the knowledge, the experiences, the relationships, still had purpose.
And that’s how Experts360 was born.
Not from ambition alone, but from reflection, healing, family, gratitude, and renewal.
Experts360 isn’t just a company.
It’s a symbol of everything I’ve lived, and a reminder that it’s never too late to rediscover yourself, to take risks, to grow, and to begin again.
If You’re Starting Over…
If you’re at a point in your life where you’re wondering “what’s next?”, I can tell you this — there’s no such thing as too late.
Every chapter teaches you something new, and every ending is just a chance to start again, stronger and wiser.
That’s what Experts360 stands for learning, growth, and transformation, in every form.
